From
Patras you can join the campus
of the University
By
car
The
University is about 8 km from the city
of Patras. Coming from the centre of
Patras, follow Korinthou Street to its
end. Then, you should follow Panepistimiou
Street and after the indoor athletic
stadium "Dimitrios Tofalos"
you turn on the right, following the
signs.
By
bus
The
Number 6 bus for Rion, which leaves
from the bus terminal that is located
downtown, runs every ten to fifteen
minutes and connects the University
with the city. Since some buses go directly
to the town of Rion, bypassing the campus,
it is advisable to ask before boarding
if the specific bus goes to Panepistimio
(University).
By
taxi (the best solution)
There
are about one thousand taxis available
in the city of Patras. Many taxis work
on a 24-hour basis. You can hire a taxi
at a taxi stand. Taxis can also be requested
by telephone using one of the following

Italy. The city of Patras is connected

From the Main
Rail Station of Athens, there are regular
trains to Patras every couple of hours.
The ticket costs € 10 per person

every 45 minutes. The ticket costs €

the University or the hotel is by taxi.
Flights
Athens
Airport "El.Venizelos" is
connected with all european cities.
It is thus easy to find a flight.
But you must know that the "normal"
price for a direct flight (aller retour),
for example from Paris or London, does
not have, about scheduled flight, being
higher than €250 or €300,
according to the company and the selected
agency.
